Tavatanakit first garnered global attention for her talent in 2021 when she achieved a significant career breakthrough by winning a major, the ANA Inspiration. Remarkably, she accomplished this feat just a year after making her full debut on the LPGA Tour in 2020. Her exceptional performance led to her well-deserved crowning as the LPGA Tour Rookie of the Year in the same year. Tavatanakit is teeing up at the 2024 Hana Financial Group Singapore Women’s Open with confidence brimming, buoyed by her recent triumph at the Aramco Saudi Ladies International on the Ladies European Tour. She also just won the Honda LPGA Thailand — her first title in her home country since 2021.
